Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

1. Remove the EA from your chartsOtherwise it keeps trying to send data for a few seconds.
2. Open the account menuTap the account icon in the top right of the dashboard.
3. Tap "Delete my account and data"Type DELETE to confirm. Everything listed below is erased straight away and you are signed out.

To remove a single trading account but keep your Equity Watch Pro account, use Manage accounts in the same menu.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@equitywatchpro.com from the address you signed up with, subject Account Deletion Request, confirming that you want your account and all its data deleted. We verify that the request comes from the account's email address, delete everything within 7 business days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email address and password)
• Your Connection key, so EAs using it stop being accepted at once
• Every trading account: equity, balance, open and closed trades, daily history and equity snapshots
• Nicknames, alert levels, push notification tokens and alert history

Purchases

The Premium EA is bought and licensed through the MQL5 Market. Deleting your Equity Watch Pro account does not cancel or refund that purchase; MQL5's own terms apply.
