By downloading, installing, or using the Equity Watch Pro mobile application or Expert Advisor software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Equity Watch Pro is a real-time trading account monitoring tool. It allows users to view live equity, floating profit/loss, drawdown, and closed trade history from MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 terminals via a mobile dashboard application.
The Service is available in two tiers:
Equity Watch Pro operates on a strictly one-way data flow. Data travels only from your MetaTrader terminal to the Service — never in the opposite direction.
The Service cannot connect to, access, control, or interact with your MetaTrader terminal in any way. We cannot execute trades, modify orders, cancel positions, change terminal settings, or perform any action whatsoever on your trading account or terminal. The Expert Advisor transmits data outward only — it does not receive any instructions from our servers.
Your trading terminal and all trading decisions remain entirely under your control at all times.
EQUITY WATCH PRO IS A MONITORING AND INFORMATIONAL TOOL ONLY. THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING RECOMMENDATIONS, OR ANY FORM OF GUIDANCE ON TRADING DECISIONS.
Nothing in the Service or its outputs should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Past performance data displayed in the Service is for informational purposes only and is not indicative of future results.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. Equity Watch Pro accepts no liability for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service.
You should seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before making any trading or investment decisions.
We will never use, analyse, copy, share, or otherwise exploit your trading data or trading strategies for our own financial benefit or the financial benefit of any third party.
Your trading strategies, positions, and account activity are your intellectual property. We have no interest in how you trade and will not use your data to inform any trading, investment, or business decision of our own. Your data exists solely to power your own dashboard.
You have full control over what trading data the Expert Advisor transmits to the Service. The EA includes privacy settings allowing you to disable sharing of specific data fields. Any data you choose not to share is never transmitted to our servers and remains entirely on your terminal.
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

The Premium Expert Advisor is available as a one-time purchase through the MQL5 Marketplace at the applicable purchase price listed on our MQL5 product page. All payments are processed by MQL5 and subject to their payment terms.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Expert Advisor has been downloaded or activated. This policy exists because the product is delivered electronically and cannot be returned.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described, please contact us at support@equitywatchpro.com before requesting a refund through MQL5. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly.
MQL5 Marketplace disputes are subject to MQL5's own dispute resolution process.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including outages of third-party infrastructure providers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the mobile application, Expert Advisor software, and all associated documentation, are owned by Equity Watch Pro. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EQUITY WATCH PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equity Watch Pro and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
